Training

The women’s and the men’s teams train partially together in order to build our lacrosse community, but will often separate into their respective teams for specific skills and drills. Our aim is to help every single player to develop their skills to the level that they are comfortable with. We have experienced, qualified coaches that plan challenging and fun sessions to cater for all needs, including complete beginners.

We currently train on a Thursday night from 6:45-8:45pm at Birley’s Pavillion, usually the floodlit artificial grass surface. Training is made up of fitness, stick skills and game practice, and is led by our club coaches and team captains.
